After three and a half hours on the phone with EMC, my file server is back up and running.
That's what I get for letting the Windows admin remove some unused LUNs from my storage group. Turns out Linux is extremely picky that LUNs start with 0, and removing LUNs 0 and 1 (leaving 2 and 3) is a bad bad idea.
Too bad it took them that long to figure out the problem.
