Ghost World

Finally got around to seeing Ghost World. That movie fukn rocks, and definitely needs to go on the DVD purchase list. It seemed kinda depressing, though. That's probably because I'm someone who mostly self-identifies as a Seymour type, and things never seem to work out quite as nicely as they did (for a while, at least) for him.

Also, Thora Birch is really hot. (moreso when she's not in crap like the D&D movie). The fact that I've been attracted to geeky brunettes with glasses pretty much forever kinda goes along with that. (I can't be the only guy in the world who had a thing for Daria).

However, I'm really kinda drained after that.

So, it's off to fall asleep while watching other movies...

Ghost World was a good movie, but it was WAY too depressing for my liking. Plus, Steve Buscemi as a love interest is just... well... WRONG in my opinion. He's one of my favorite actors, but I had nightmares for weeks after seeing that. *hehe*

I hear ya...he's just waaaaaaay too creepy. His buggy eyes make him look too tense for romance. :)

Exactly! I hate to typecast the guy, but his characteristics are much more fitting for a weasley bad guy.

AcK! http://thora.org/images3/gw/gw_15.jpg *heebie jeebies*

Yep, and that's 5 seconds too many!! If he had gotten completely nekkid I probably would have passed out. *shudder*

Ha Ha! I'm not creeped out at all. Just surprised that someone actually went there. ^_^

Yeah. I dig MINE. Eric (master guitarist) is a good friend of my ex-boyfriend. I was introduced to them through him. The stuff they play is just amazing!

YES!!!! A fellow GWAR fan! I'm definitely going to see them on Halloween. It's a yearly tradition! I saw them a few months ago at the Barrymore. They finally let GWAR play again after... what... 10 years? It ROCKED!

Oh hey, mind if I add you to my friends list? ^_^
