talkin' about that dang ol' vnv nation

One time, the conversation drifted to what super-powers we would have, if we were superheroes (or villians). I decided mine must be the ability to put myself in a bad mood almost instantly, for no good reason. The only trigger I can point at for my sudden blue funk last night was VNV Nation's "Fearless" (see previous post--that's the chorus). It got stuck in my head on the way home after an enjoyable night at the club, and by the time I got home I was in full-on Pissy Dan mode.

Luckily, while this power can be activated frequently, it usually doesn't last very long. Morning comes (and boy is it messy! har har har), and I'm still baffled as to where last night's foul mood came from.

Enh. The mysterious workings of the brane, and all that.

No big deal. I had a good time at the club, and it's actually one of my favorite VNV songs. I don't think it was anything intrinsic to the song itself...
