From the article:

Amendment sponsor Rep. Bill Heath, R-Bremen, was slack-jawed when told after the vote that some adults seek the piercings.

“What? I’ve never seen such a thing,” Heath said. “I, uh, I wouldn’t approve of anyone doing it. I don’t think that’s an appropriate thing to be doing.”

Uh... yeah. Where exactly has this guy been the past decade?

That's pretty sad. It's one thing to protect children from being mutilated because of religious beliefs, but to tell people they can't do it even if they WANT to? That's ridiculous.

I'm tempted to run to Georgia and get a Prince Albert just to make all the women there jealous.

That's brilliant! What about tattoos on the breast? Let's stop that evil trend right now! And... let's make all Georgian women walk in front of the men, not like they might in Ireland, so they can take a mine hit for their man, but so they can be on a leash and lead the man down the street like a dog would. You know those old republicans get off on watching a woman squat and piss on a fire hydrant.

Ah, America, land of the free... or something.
