I ended up not going to Irreverance last night, due to a combination of several factors:
1) just plain tiredness
2) heat exhaustion -- too much time in the sun yesterday
3) Kate and I spent the day celebrating my birthday (due to our busy schedules this month), and I spent most of last night recuperating from my birthday present. Let's just say that a crowded, smoky club wasn't a good idea just then.
